My only Lane #1 product is a viper. I purchased the ball 4 years ago while I was still in the Navy through a friend of mine from Syracuse. When we got the balls we thought we had a gold mine. The Viper is the hardest hitting ball I have ever owned. After 3 years of not bowling, I recently started back & I'm still using the Viper. I started a league a week ago today and averaged 217 & as far as I'm concerned my Viper still hits with power. Unfortunately the ball has cracked between the finger holes & I would like to replace it with another viper or a Lane #1 product that hits just as hard. However, I have not been able to find a Viper this pass week anywhere. My question is are they still available? If not, does the Buzzsaw hit with the same amount of power and action? I'm a down and in bowler. I love the outside line. I enjoy watching my ball go deep on the lane and hook hard in the back end. The Viper is drilled with maxium leverage, will I get the same reaction out of the Buzzsaw if drilled with maxium leverage? Hope to hear from you soon because I really need to buy a new ball, but I want the power, reaction & strength I have in my VIPER. Thank you for a great product. Bobby G. Gibson
